Welcome to networkconnectionpr.com. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website and the engagement of Networkconnectionpr LLC's advisory services. By using the site, you accept these Terms in the version in force at the time of use.
1. Service provider
Services are provided by Networkconnectionpr LLC, registered with the Puerto Rico Department of State under number 589423-2024, EIN 87-4329156, with offices at Calle Tetuán 254, Suite 4B, Old San Juan, San Juan, PR 00901.
2. Nature of services
Networkconnectionpr provides private administrative and financial advisory services. We are not a government agency and we do not officially represent FEMA, HUD, USDA or Hacienda PR. Our work consists of preparing, filing and following up on cases on behalf of the client when authorized.
3. Engagement & pricing
The initial audit and eligibility check are free. Any further service is engaged through a fixed written quote accepted before any work begins. Prices include applicable Puerto Rico taxes.
4. Client obligations
The client undertakes to provide truthful, complete information and documents on time. Networkconnectionpr is not liable for delays caused by the lack of response or accuracy from the client or the relevant agency.
5. Confidentiality
All information shared with Networkconnectionpr is treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of the case, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
6. Limitation of liability
The approval of any credit, subsidy or aid depends on the competent agency. Networkconnectionpr does not guarantee a specific outcome and its liability is limited to the amounts actually paid by the client in the last 12 months, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
7. Intellectual property
The contents, trademarks, logos and materials of the site belong to Networkconnectionpr LLC or its licensors. Their reproduction without written authorization is prohibited, except for legal exceptions for quotation and personal use.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel the engagement at any time. If the work already started is material, we will only invoice the portion actually performed, in line with the accepted quote.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect legal or service changes. The current version and its update date are available on this page. Continued use of the site implies acceptance of the new version.
10. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of San Juan, Puerto Rico, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
