Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Networkconnectionpr LLC ("Networkconnectionpr", "we") collects, uses, shares and protects the personal information you entrust to us when using our website networkconnectionpr.com or our advisory services. It is drafted in line with the Puerto Rico Civil Code of 2020, Act 39-2012 on Security Breach Notification and the federal principles applicable in 2026.

2. Information we collect
We only collect what we need to answer your queries: name, email, voluntary message and administrative data you decide to share within a specific file (for example, tax return, income statements, FEMA Registration ID). We do not collect Social Security numbers through the public form.
3. Purposes
We use your data to answer your request, prepare and file your case with the relevant agencies, follow up on your applications, comply with legal (including tax) obligations and improve service quality. We do not use your data to make automated decisions with legal effects without your involvement.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on (i) the performance of our services agreement when you hire us; (ii) your consent, in particular for measurement and advertising cookies; (iii) our legitimate interest in improving the service; and (iv) compliance with legal obligations applicable in Puerto Rico and the United States.
5. Cookies & similar technologies
By default, only strictly necessary cookies are active. We implement Google Consent Mode v2: measurement and advertising cookies are only activated after your explicit consent in the banner. See the Cookie Policy for details. You may revoke your consent at any time.
6. Retention
We keep form data for up to 24 months if no service is started; data tied to a service is kept for 6 years in line with accounting and tax obligations applicable in Puerto Rico.
7. Recipients & transfers
We only share your data with (i) the agencies needed to handle your file (FEMA, HUD, USDA, Hacienda PR, among others), with your authorization; (ii) technical service providers bound by confidentiality clauses; and (iii) public authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal data.
8. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection to the processing of your data, and revoke any previously granted consent. To exercise these rights, write to privacy@networkconnectionpr.com. We will respond within 30 days.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures: TLS 1.3 in transit, encrypted storage at rest, role-based access controls, audit logs and breach-notification procedures aligned with Act 39-2012.
10. Minors
Our services target adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we detect an involuntary submission, we delete it without delay.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. The current version and its update date are always available on this page. If changes are material, we will notify you through our usual channels.
